Assignment and Result IDs are sent to the app only in certain modes. Changing the Result ID simulates
an instructor wiping a student's prior Prove Mastery records and starting them over with a new result record
for the same assignment.
It will not have any effect on a student's accumulated progress other than Prove Mastery. It will have no effect
at all in modes where the field is disabled.
